Yessah, this is more than a blog. This is where we (me, Elijah Guittap) share the stories behind our work, the lessons we learn, and the passion that drives Guittap Studios. We hope this chronicle becomes a valuable resource—or at the very least, gives you something to laugh at while you are waiting in line at Zippy's.
Our goal is to release a new article every three days. That means I have officially committed myself to writing on a steady rhythm. If I disappear for a few days, I am probably buried under memory cards, editing timelines, or trying to remember where I put that one battery that magically grew legs.
Here is what you can expect:
📸 Learn something. Educational content filled with practical tips, planning advice, and answers to common questions about photography, videography, and preserving life's most meaningful moments.
🎬 Go behind the curtain. Behind-the-scenes stories, recent projects, creative ideas, company milestones, gear we use, editing workflows, funny moments, and maybe even a few bloopers. Not every shoot goes exactly as planned... and those stories are usually the best ones.
At Guittap Studios, we believe every person has a story worth preserving. A photograph can bring back a feeling years later, and a film can allow future generations to experience moments they were never present for. That is why we do what we do. We are committed to creating work that is timeless, authentic, and meaningful.

Later this week, we will be sharing the story behind Guittap Studios' very first wedding. From the preparation and excitement to everything we learned along the way, it marks a huge milestone for our company. It is a story we are proud to tell, and we cannot wait to take you behind the scenes.
