These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Guittap Studios website (guittapstudios.com) and any services provided by Elijah Guittap ("Guittap Studios"). By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Guittap Studios provides photography and cinematography services in Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, including portraits, athlete content, events, content creation, real estate, and wedding films. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the total session fee. Guittap Studios reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
Full payment is due as outlined in your individual service agreement. Failure to complete payment by the agreed date may result in delays in delivery of your gallery or film. Returned payments may incur additional fees.
All photographs, videos, and creative content produced by Guittap Studios are the exclusive intellectual property of Elijah Guittap. Guittap Studios retains full copyright ownership of all delivered work.
Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use their delivered images and videos for personal use (social media, printing, sharing). Commercial use of any content requires a separate written agreement and licensing fee.
Clients may not sell, sublicense, alter, or claim ownership of any delivered content.
By booking our services, you grant Guittap Studios the right to use selected images and footage from your session for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless you have opted out in writing prior to your session. Credit is not required when sharing your own images.
Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change based on workload and complexity. Guittap Studios is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Guittap Studios is not liable for any loss of images due to equipment failure, file corruption, theft, or other circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid. Guittap Studios is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Clients are responsible for securing any necessary permits or permissions for shoot locations. Clients must ensure all participants in a session have consented to being photographed or filmed. For sessions involving minors, written parental or guardian consent is required.
This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. All content on this website is the property of Guittap Studios and may not be reproduced without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hawaiʻi.
Guittap Studios reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
